cookies problem

does anyone know a fix for the machine's refusal to
accept cookies from secure sites.
I tried all the things that appeared today on the did you
know site to no avail!
Please help. I can't access my Paypal account and am at a
loss.

In IE go to Tools>>Internet Options>> PRivacy tab, then
either lower the setting, or click edit at the bottom of
the window>>tyype the domain that you want to allow and
click the "Allow" button>> apply/ok

You might have to restart the browser for the changes to
take effect.
