cookie question

internet cookies are disabled

I am trying to search the microsoft page for excel
templates and get the following message "internet cookies
are disabled" . When I set the priority as they suggest
I still am not able to access. Any suggestions.

get a more secure and controllable browser.

Suggest disabling any firewall until cookies are working correctly. Make
certain your time, date, and time *zone* settings are all correct.
