Convertion of Access 97 to Office 2003

I have a database created in Access 97 and want to use it in Office 2003 with
ServicePack2, but I cannot do this. I have tryed to convert it, but everytime
the programme tels me that dao-files are missing. Can anyone help me?

Perhaps anyone can tell me how to delete ServicePack2?
