converting Word doc on PC to Word for Mac

I use Word 2007 on a PC. My daughter uses Word for Mac (the newest version).
How can I save docs so she can open them on her Mac?

Don't do anything. Just move 'em onto a diskette (don't ever save
directly to a diskette!), or email them to her.
