Converting PDF columns to a single column in Word2003

I download PDF creditor mailing matrices from Courts which are printed in
three columns. I use Office 2003, Adobe Writer 7.0, and PDFRouter. I want
to convert the mailing matrix from three columns to one in either Word or
Excel so that I can print envelopes.

The PDFRouter does a good job at converting to either one, but in both Word
and Excel, it reads across instead of down. Cutting and pasting is too time
consuming.

Can anyone help?

re-order that table - see
