Converting Older PST Files For Archiving - Outlook 2003

Outlook 2003 - I archive Daily. Here is the issue. After installing Outlook2003 the .pst file I have been using for an archive will open but I can not archive to it because it is not Unicode complient. Is there a utility that will fix this? As we deploy 2003 over our enterprise, this will be critical.

Rename the old archive file and let Ooutlook create a new one. You can
still reference the old one if needed, as you say.
