converting language

Hi, I receive emails from both korean and english languages
From outlook I can read the korean fine
But i had to reintsall windows.
After importing my emails back.
All the FROM columns does not properly show korean language.
Everything else such as body text and subject all come out fine.
Any ideas why the FROM column does not work?
