converting from xp to vista

i cannot get access to my mail on windows mail. i keep getting an error code
11001 and 0x800ccc0d. i use blueyonder. can anyone help please.

Check your email account settings. They should be as follows:

My incoming mail server is a: POP3 server.

Incoming mail (POP3): pop3.blueyonder.co.uk

Outgoing mail (SMTP): smtp.blueyonder.co.uk

Make sure to uncheck the box next to "My server requires authentication".
