converting DBX files

I was given some Outlook Express DBX files that I need to
get into Outlook 2000. How can I convert these DBX files
and get into Outlook 2000? Any info is appreciated.

see insideoe.tomsterdam.com to learn how to connect them to OE, then export
from OE to Outlook. If you just need to access the messages, there is a
utility at the above site you can use to extract the messages into files.
