Converting DBX File

Hello All

I have backup of OUTLOOK EXPRESS emails as dbx files.

How can I look at the mails which are stored at these dbx files?
No matter what I do I simply cannot import them.

Also- is it possible to convert them into pst files and create one pst file out of them?
