converting an old database into access

Is it possible to covert an old database (Magic PC) into
access without starting over.

As with all software, generally the answer is no.

You can certainly export the data, and move that data into ms-access.

However, the program logic, and creating of the user interface will have to
be re-done.

Of course, there is always that old saying "if it is not broke.....".
