Converting Activex application

I have a activex application developed in VC++6.0(wtl,atl) that runs
in IE.
I'm planning to convert this application to .Net3.5(VS2008) in C# or VC
++.net
How to convert and which one(C# or VC++) is better

Since it's a group about ASP.NET, do you want to convert activex to an
ASP.NET application?
