Select your column of numbers and then click Copy
Select the cell where you want to start your horizontal line and then click
Paste special. Tick the box transpose and then OK

Hi,

You don't need a formula. Copy the numbers then select a cell 'outside' of
the range and then 'Paste Special' select Transpose OK

PS I think the Caps lock key on your keyboard is stuck.
