I have a presentation that has notes in it. I want to convert it to .pdf but
I want the notes to be included. Is there a way to do this without actually
copying/pasting the notes into a new slide?

If you have Acrobat, you can choose File, Print; choose Notes Pages for
"Print what" and in the printer selection, choose Adobe PDF.

If you don't have Acrobat, choose whatever other printer driver you normally
use to print PDFs (PDF Creator, CutePDF, etc.)

I have Adobe Writer, but this didn't work. I am using Office 2007. Just to
clarify what I am trying to do......I have the presentation completed with
notes included, and I'd like to save the presentation in .pdf and have the
notes visiable within the .pdf. I can save the presentation to .pdf, but I
can't see the notes. Any suggestions? Thanks very much for your assistance.

You might want to check and see if you are printing your notes pages (or
saving your notes pages) or the slides themselves. If you are usin the "Save
as PDF" option from within PPT 2007 itself, you can change this by clicking
the "options" button and changing what is saved.

I have Adobe Writer, but this didn't work.

There's no product called that. There used to be something called PDFWriter, but
that was discontinued years ago, so I'm not sure what you're using to make PDFs.

Try this: start a new presentation, then press Ctrl+P to open the Print dialog box.
Next to "Name:" where it shows the installed printers, see if you have an AdobePDF
option.

If so, choose it and print notes pages as described below. Printing to AdobePDF
will make a PDF file.

Again, you don'tt save a presentation to PDF to do what you want. You PRINT to PDF.
