Convert phone numbers into fixed format

We have a database were phonenumbers are created in a free format.
e.g. 0031-20-5455566 or (020) 44 44 55 55 or 02012121212 etc.
Is there a way to convert this text into a fixed format? Or does anyone
have a conversion program for something like this?

What do you want the format to be?
Have you tried using the Format() function?
