Convert PDF to Text?

Hi Guys,

I have a PDF document which needs translating from Dutch to English, I am
assuming that I can convert PDF to text then copy and paste it into an
online translator, is there any freeware available that can help me, if
there is could you kindly point me in the right direction please.

Look for PDF to Text in the
left hand col.

<CTRL-a> <CTRL-c> to copy from Adobe Reader, <CTRL-v> to paste into
Notepad or online translator?
