Convert Outlook 2003 to Windows Mail

How do I convert Outlook 2003 mail files to Vista Windows Mail? My OE 2003
files are on an XP desktop and my windows mail is on a Vista notebook.

From Outlook, or Outlook Express?

You have to go to OE on the XP machine and go to File | Import | Messages
and import from Outlook. Then copy the OE dbx files (see
www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#4) to the new machine. See
www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx#oe2wm You can't import from the pst file
directly unless Outlook is installed on the target machine.

For me it is impossible to import my contacts from Outlook 2003 to Windows

Mail. Who know the solution?

Export them from Outlook as a CSV file. WinMail can import a CSV file.
However, WinMail should also be able to import from Outlook 2003 if Outlook
2003 is installed and using the PST file from which you want to import.
