Convert Outline to Labels

I've figured out the outline levels. I have a document of instructions using
newly created styles based on Heading 1, Heading 2 and Heading 3 styles. The
page numbers work, the outline numbering works, the footers refer to the
correct heading levels, and the table of contents works. (This took entirely
too long, but I'm done with it!!!).

NOW I NEED SUGGESTIONS . . .

I need to print a set of labels to use on actual manilla file folders, one
for each Heading 3 style. HOWEVER, the labels need to include both of the
upper level styles. I hope now that Word automates everything else I won't
have to retype all of this for just making labels.

An example of what I need based on the existing outline:

First Label:
Area I - Appeals
Responsibility One - Informal Appeals
Task A - Appeals Filed

Second Label:
Area I - Appeals
Responsibility One - Informal Appeals
Task B - Appeals Set

Third Label:
Area I - Appeals
Responsibility Two - Formal Appeals
Task A - Appeals Filed

Second Label:
Area I - Appeals
Responsibility Two - Informal Appeals
Task B - Appeals Set

Etc.
