Convert .msg to .eml

I use Outlook 2003.

I need to convert outlook mail .msg to .eml format.

Any idea ?

That is not possible by command line. You can drag and drop the items into
an Outlook folder so that OE can import them. Even by VBA Outlook cannot
store directly to the eml-format.
