convert inches to cms in powerpoint

How do you set up rulers and guides in power point to go
from inches to cms as i cannot find it in power point i
can in word but not this one HELP.
 
It is not done in PowerPoint. You need to go into Control Panel, Regional settings, and change the numbers from US to metric
