convert from 2000 into 2007

we'll have Access 2007 soon, but we sometime create small database for other
staff to use in field office, if we have 2007 and they don't. Can 2007
version allow us to save database in older version so others can use it?

Yes, you can use Access 2007 with an Access 2000 database and not convert it
to 2007 (and just run in 2000 compatible mode) and it will work just fine. I
use Access 2000 and 2003 databases with 2007 and move back and forth between
the versions with no ill effects.
