Convert Contacts to OE?

Is there any way to convert my contacts in Outlook97 to address book in Outlook Express? I can't seem to find anything that works. HELP!
 
In Outlook export your contacts to a pab-file.
In Outlook Express import the pab-file.

Apprently, I don't have a Export PAB option in Outlook97. Any other ideas?
 
Found it! I converted contacts in Outlook97 to comma separated values (windows) - CSV file. Then used Outlook Express to import CSV file. Not all the information mapped across, but it's useable. Thanks.
