Convert Autofill to Contacts

Is there any easy wau to convert Autofill to contacts? I am in the
middle of migrating to Exchange 2003 from a POP3 setup and lo and
behold we have a large number of users that have been using Autofill as
some sort of contact list instead of actually creating a contact so now
they are paniking about losing all of their email addresses they have
for everyone. Any ideas suggestions?
