As per title, I have some xvid avi files I want to play in my xvid compliant dvd player but the frames are out of spec for the player, they play fine on my pc but the family dont want to huddle round the pc ;)

Can someone recommend a tool for me please?

Something quick and easy to use and preferably freeware please.

I have the tool but cant see how to add video compression files to the selection as its complaining that it hasnt got the right codec.

I have already got vidx/divx codecs installed on the pc.

Oh dear I knew it wasnt going to be that easy ;)
