Conversion of 97 to 2003 - broken reference DSGBASE.MDA, UTIL_97.M

This is my first conversion. When I convert the database, it cannot find the
following files DSGBASE.MDA and UTIL_97.MDB.

On my NT desktop, these files exist until Office 97. Are there equivalents
under Office 2003.

P.S. New to Access as well.

Hi, Ed.

under Office 2003.

Not until you create them. These aren't standard libraries. Make a copy of
each these library databases and then convert the copies to Access 2003. If
the conversions are successful, add the new versions as Reference libraries
in your database application and delete the References to the old 97 versions.
