conversion from .wks to word 2003

My company has recently upgraded to Microsoft Office Word 2003 and through use of Office Discussions explanations I have been able to convert my .wps documents to .doc documents. However I have an amortization schedule (.wks) that I would like to convert, if possible. Can someone give me some direction as to HOW to convert it. I need detailed instructions of the process, if it is possible. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for this service.

I tried to open from Excel, however, I received a message*this file is not a recognizable format*. It was initially orginated in, I think, Microsoft 95?? as a worksheet. Can it be converted? If yes, what are steps to convert.

A *.wks format suggests a Lotus worksheet. Excel should open that.

Works 2 also use wks format files. Do you have the Works2 filter installed?
If not, zip up the file and e-mail it to me via the feedback link on the
home page of my web site. I'll see if I can open it.

Mr. Mayor - Thank you for your help, however the amortization form contains customer information so I can not send it to you. I decided to delete it and I downloaded an new amortization form from the web.

Thank you, again, for your help
