Multiple document conversion Works to Word

I'm trying to find an easy way to convert 500+ Works .wps files to word
2003 .rtf files. I've installed the proper converter in Word 2003 and
can manually do them 1 at a time. The OS is XP SP2.

What I'm looking for is a way to convert an entire folder by using a
macro, script, or maybe a batch file.

Any suggestions?
