We are switching hosts. Our old host was the everything in one deal (design
content management and hosting). So we've run into a few roadblocks.

We use Conrtibute now for simple updates. But have FrontPage and want to
use it! We have a few databases and our host has got them and changed their
names, but I don't know how to change the references to them in the scripts
to replace the old one so when with go live with our new host we won't
encounter any down time.

Any suggestions?

You new host should be able to tell you what to search for and change.

Thanks, Thomas.

They did tell me the database names that hey changed with their respective
passwords. They said that after I change the names in the scripts to upload
them via ftp. I've searched through the scripts I have and can not find
references to any of the databases under their old name. I'm not sure if I'm
searching the right place or not. BUt there's only one scripts folder...

Ok, what type of scripts, file extensions?
