COnverion of CommonLisp To C# Code

I am urgently looking for a tool to convert the existing CommonLisp code to
C3.

can any one tell me if any such tool they are aware of and the link for it.

your help would be highly appreciated.

There exists Lisp compilers that targets the CLR. I don't know how well that
would help you, but you might look it out.
