ControlTip Text

On a continuous form, I would like to set the ControlTip text to reflect the
record the pointer is currently over. Is this possible?

For example, I have a list of open work orders. When the mouse rolls over a
work order number, in the continuous form, I would like a partial work order
description to appear in the ControlTip.

I have seen this done, but in another application/language. So not sure if
it is possible here.
