We are using Outlook 2003 on a network with Exchange Server. When I delete an
email it goes to DELETED ITEMS on the server. I would like to direct my
deleted items to a specific fold on my hard drive. I f possible I would like
to do this without using rules. Is there a way to configure where deleted
items go or is using a rule or auto archive the only way to do this.

Not in Outlook 2003 and not with Exchange accts.
Assuming you mean an outlook folder on your hard drive, you'll need to use a
script or 3 rd party program or use Edit, move to folder instead of delete.
Autoarchive could also do it.

But why do you want to keep trash littering your hard drive? If they aren't
trash, don't delete them.
