How do I copntrol access to programs and files etc for
user accounts? I have a user account for th ekids and
only want them to have access to certain programs and
files..

Hi T,

You can control them by setting permissions to the program folders. In WinXP
Pro, this means disabling simple file sharing in folder options/view. For
WinXP Home, you need to logon as administrator in safe mode to do this.

You may find it easier to do using MVP Doug Knox's Security Console, you
will find it on the utilities section of his site: www.dougknox.com
