Changing access to programs by different user accounts

Prior to setting up a laptop as a 'family' unit with 3 different User
accounts, I (administrator) installed programs which allowed access by
'all users of the computer'.

I have the 'Adminstrator' privileges.
The other 3 User accounts have been assigned 'Limited' accounts.

How do I 'take back' control of specific programs that I dont want the
'limiteds' to mess around with.

eg:
Limited 1 could have access to 8/10 programs installed
Limited 2 could have access to 3/10 programs installed
Limited 3 could have access to 10/10 programs installed

Hope I am being clear in what I would like to implement?

In XP, you're going to need third-party parental control software. Net
Nanny is a big one. I've never used this kind of software, so I can't
give you any personal recommendations. Since you apparently have XP
Home, you're also pretty limited as to what other restrictions you can
make natively.

In Vista, you will be able to do exactly what you want with the native
Parental Controls.
