Controlling Spam

I just went from Win 98 to Win XP, and I've been getting
tons of spam some of which had Netsky viruses. I'm tired
of trying to block 20 to 30 messages every time I open
Outlook Express. What can I do to avoid all this spam?

Purchase and install a 3rd party product like Norton Internet Security 2004
or PC-cillin Internet Security. (Includes Antivirus, Antispam, and firewall
protection.)
