Outlook 2007 - Automatically Delete SPAM?

I would like to create a rule that automatically deletes SPAM where the
"Display Name" is phony. I get a ton of this stuff and the Outlook 2007 SPAM
filter properly puts it into the "Junk E-mail" folder but I would like to
have it deleted so that I don't have to go through it every day. I have
tried a lot of variations on the rules "Where my name is/is not in the To
box", "With specific words in the recipient's address." without success.

Any ideas on how to make this work would be greatly appreciated.

Well, the problem is, if a message ends up in the Junk E-mail filter
automatically, no rule will touch it. I mean, think about it, do you want a
spam message to accidentally trigger on your 'Forward to my boss' rule?

You have basically two options:

1) Ignore the spam folder and just let what goes into spam go into spam.
2) Turn off the junk email filtering and build rules around every single
spam message you get.

If the Junk E-mail filter is placing the message into the Junk E-mail folder
correctly, as you say, what's the issue? If you want to have that folder
emptied automatically, right-click it, choose Properties, select the
AutoArchive tab, select the option to archive the folder, specify a duration
of one day, and select the option to permanently delete old items.
