Controlling Power Options on Windows XP Clients via Domain Policy

I am a administrator of about 1000 klients on Windows XP, and am loockin for a way of setting Power Options on Clients by use of Domain Policy.
I have looked for ways to set this but can not find a way of doing this with the ADM files I have. Is there anyone have / know of a ADM file I can load to do this
