Control Toolbox Toolbar

Hello,

I'm using Outlook 2002 SP3 on a Windows XP SP2 box with an Exchange 2000
server. I only have the Standard and Formatting toolbars chosen, however
when I reply to or forward a message, the Control Toolbox toolbar pops up.
After I close it, it won't appear again for a while. Any suggestions on how
to prevent it from popping up would be appreciated.

Do you use Word to edit Email messages?
This is under Tool, Options on the Mail Format tab
I have one user who has this same problem.

Just want to compare notes
