Control Toolbox in Word 2007?

Does anyone know where the buttons from the control toolbox are in word 2007?
 
They are on the developer tab of the ribbon (which is not installed by
default).

To install the Developer tab, click the Microsoft Office Button, click Word
Options, check the Show Developer tab in the Ribbon check box and click OK.
