Toolbars in Word

I have a template that I created in Word. I have used the control toolbox.
When I send this to someone to open, the control toolbox opens up. How can I
make sure that the other person's control toolbox does not open?

The only sure way is not to use anything from the Control Toolbox.

The simplest other way is to get the other person to go to Tools >
Macro > Security and set the level to Medium; and then, every time
they open your document and they get a warning dialog about how
horrible macros are, click the Enable button. :-(

The expensive way is to buy a security certificate from Verisign or
Thawte and digitally sign your document.
