Control Pannel went away !

After install and uninstall "SysPad" cannot open control pannel by itself
(just some *.cpl, executed directly. At least I think it's probably...!
Get error:
The instrution at 0x04b89e56 referenced memory at 0x000000 the memory could
not be written.

Create a shortcut with the command CONTROL, or go to start/run, and type
CONTROL

Nothing Yet ! Running CONTROL.EXE get App Error similar, but now
"0x05099e56". If click control panel icon at START get same but "0x0a3f49e56.

After 5 days of struggling with it, I would think taking an hour or so to run
a repair setup would be worth it. You might try running the system file
repair utility first . Run 'sfc /scannow'

I already have run sfc . ok. I'll find a way to get it all right again even
have to repair it from install cd.ok. tks
