I recently took my computer into Best Buy for some work.
When I came home the tech had changed my control panel
from the 'Pick a category' view to the 'classic view'.
How do I change it back?

if using windows xp..
on the left side of the folder... it says
"Switch to Category View"
try pressing it

If this doesnt work.. sorry
