Control Panel View

Is there any option or registry key that I can modify in Target Designer so
that the Control Panel view by default is in Classic View and not Category
View?

Dear Brenton,

Please try following registry.

[HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explo-rer]
"ForceClassicControlPanel"=dword:00000001
(0: force new, 1: force classic)

For the default setting, please try to modify it under
[HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\...]
