control panel issues

i was hit with a couple of virus's,my norton picked them
up,all but 1 was deleted,i went to norton's site to get
instructions on how to remove,i followed steps but files
are still there,in my control panel there are 4 folders
that i cannot delete,as a matter of fact i cannot delete
any of these folders in control panel,i installed a new
graphics card,and it seems those are the files that are in
my control panel that i cannot delete,i uninstalled the
card and uninstalled the drivers for it but the files
{folders }are still there,,those folders were not there
before i got hit with the virus's,,any idea's would
greatly help,thanks
