Control Panel buggy...

When I get into control panel and then try to get into printers and faxes I
get an error message and it won't let me in to change/modify settings.
Occasionaly it will. It isn't due to spyware or virus I checked my system
with several checkers, all come up clean.
I'm running XP Home edition with SP2.
