Control location of My Documents

I would like to have all my users My Documents directories (or for
that matter the Documents and Settings root directory) to be located
on my D: drive with the rest of the data instead of the C: drive. Can
this be configured for all users?

See "Cannot Move or Rename the Documents and Settings Folder"
The MY DOCUMENTS folders can be moved with the Windows Explorer.
