Hi Folks:

Windows XP Home, SP3.

I have an administrative account, and an account of my own with
admin privileges, on my PC.

With the administrator account, I've installed an app that put the
installer file in a directory under Shared Documents:

Cutting and pasting the path to the file from the command line
shows:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\lib\nitro_pdf
\arts_pdf_workshop\installer

Most installs were done with my own account

Now, I'd like to back shared files file up to an external drive
with a copy command, the drive is encrypted with TrueCrypt.

And here I'm getting the Cannot copy ... Access is denied. error.

If I log in as the administrator, can I go to this file, or these
directories, which are all under Shared Documents, and do something to
allow my other account to copy them to the external drive?

Thanks
Larry
