Control.exe corrupt

Per some research I found online, my control.exe file in
Windows has been corrupted. It changes my registry every
time I reboot, causing my browser to open at a page not
of my choice. Where can I find a clean version of
control.exe?

Have you scanned for a virus or worm, using the latest definitions?
