control admintools

1. Click Start, click Run, type control admintools, and then click OK.
2. Click Computer Management.
3. Expand Local Users and Groups.
4. Select Users.

I'm not able to find the Local Users and Groups???
I'm running XP with lan
 
Hi,

That snap-in is only available in WinXP Pro systems. Are you using WinXP
Home? If so, that is not available - what are you trying to accomplish?

I had a windows update error message, so I followd this

Method 1: Remove the user account that is experiencing difficulty from the
Guests or Limited account groups

I found that it was my firewall that blocket the update scanner, so I turned
it of.
What command should I allow in my firewall to not be stopped
 
Hi,

No reason the firewall would block it, but if you are using a third-party
solution you would want to add that as an allowed site.
