Control Action of TAB Key

Hi, just started playing with VBA in Excel. I have a spreadsheet where a user fills in cells. Is it possible for the tab key action to be modified such that when it is hit then it goes to the next cell that need input rather than the next cell, e.g. Active cell is B2 when filled in the user hits the tab key and it moves to the next active cell C5?
