How can send an email in Outlook that excludes any attachments foR any
attachments for anyone on Carbon Copy (CC)?

You'd have to send two messages, one with and one without the attachments.

You can't. You are sending ONE e-mail to multiple recipients. You will
have to send one e-mail with attachment to one set of recipients and
then another e-mail without the attachment to the other recipients. The
*same* e-mail gets sent to everyone listed in the To, Cc, and Bcc
fields.

Glad to see someone else would like to see this feature. I routinely send
CAD files to customers and would like to cc the message to our salesman
responsible for the account. A list of the attachments (but not the files)
would also be nice in the cc copy. Duplicating the message is time consuming
and usually doesn't get done. How do we get this request to Microsoft?
Seems like they are more interested in giving us more features we don't need,
instead of listening to real world users like us!
